Product Description
IDH3A polyclonal Antibody | BS61785 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: Catalytic subunit of the enzyme which catalyzes the decarboxylation of isocitrate (ICT) into alpha-ketoglutarate. The heterodimer composed of the alpha (IDH3A) and beta (IDH3B) subunits and the heterodimer composed of the alpha (IDH3A) and gamma (IDH3G) subunits, have considerable basal activity but the full activity of the heterotetramer (containing two subunits of IDH3A, one of IDH3B and one of IDH3G) requires the assembly and cooperative function of both heterodimers
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: IDH3A pAb detects endogenous levels of IDH3A protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 40 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Isocitrate dehydrogenase [NAD] subunit alpha, mitochondrial ; Isocitric dehydrogenase subunit alpha; NAD (+) -specific ICDH subunit alpha; IDH3A
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of Human IDH3A.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
