Product Description
KCNG3 polyclonal Antibody | BS61697 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:1000
Background: Voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels represent the most complex class of voltage-gated ion channels from both functional and structural standpoints. Their diverse functions include regulating neurotransmitter release, heart rate, insulin secretion, neuronal excitability, epithelial electrolyte transport, smooth muscle contraction, and cell volume. This gene encodes a member of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, subfamily G. This member is a gamma subunit functioning as a modulatory molecule. Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: KCNG3 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of KCNG3 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 50 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily G member 3; Voltage-gated potassium channel subunit Kv10.1; Voltage-gated potassium channel subunit Kv6.3; KCNG3
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, corresponding Human KCNG3.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
