Product Description
KLF9 polyclonal Antibody | BS8768 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat
Application: WB IF
Application Range: WB: 1:500~1:2000 IF: 1:50~1:200
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor that binds to GC box elements located in the promoter. Binding of the encoded protein to a single GC box inhibits mRNA expression while binding to tandemly repeated GC box elements activates transcription.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: KLF9 polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of KLF9 protein.
Molecular Weight: ~ 27kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Names: Krueppel-like factor 9; Basic transcription element-binding protein 1; BTE-binding protein 1; GC-box-binding protein 1; Transcription factor BTEB1; KLF9; BTEB, BTEB1
Immunogen: Recombinant full length Human KLF9.
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Modification: Unmodification
Purification & Purity: The Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) .
