LITAF polyclonal Antibody | BS7592 | Bioworld
Host: Rabbit
Reactivity: Human,Mouse
Application: WB,IHC
Application Range: WB 1:2000 - 1:5000 IHC 1:50 - 1:200
Background: Lipopolysaccharide is a potent stimulator of monocytes and macrophages, causing secretion of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and other inflammatory mediators. This gene encodes lipopolysaccharide-induced TNF-alpha factor, which is a DNA-binding protein and can mediate the TNF-alpha expression by direct binding to the promoter region of the TNF-alpha gene.
Storage & Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity: LITAF polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of LITAF protein.
Molecular Weight: ~17 kDa
Note: For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
