Rabbit Aortic Endothelial Cells | EP-CP-Rb029 | Elabscience
Background: Rabbit aortic endothelial cells separate the aortic Tissue. The aorta is the main artery of the systemic circulation. The path of travel is as follows: the ascending aorta starts from the left ventricle, moves to the height of the second thoracic joint on the right side as the aortic arch, and the arch moves to the left and back to the lower edge of the fourth thoracic vertebral body as the descending aorta. The aortic hiatus that penetrates the diaphragm at the height of the 12th thoracic vertebral body shifts into the abdominal aorta, the upper part is the thoracic aorta, and the lower edge of the 4th lumbar vertebral body is divided into the left and right common iliac arteries. The common iliac artery is divided into internal and external iliac arteries at the height of the sacroiliac joint. Aortic endothelial cells are a single layer of cells covering the inner surface of the aorta. They can secrete a series of vasoactive substances to maintain vascular homeostasis. When they are stimulated by inflammation or other factors, their homeostasis is destroyed and some cardiovascular diseases occur. Therefore, aortic endothelial cells have become an indispensable tool for studying the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases and therapeutic drugs. Endothelial cells or vascular endothelium are a thin layer of specialized epithelial cells composed of a layer of flat cells. It forms the inner wall of the blood vessel and is the interface between the blood in the vascular lumen and other blood vessel walls (single layer of squamous epithelium). Endothelial cells are along the entire circulatory system, from the heart to the smallest capillaries. The rabbit aortic endothelial cells produced by our company are prepared by trypsin-collagenase combined digestion method combined with differential adherence method, and cultured and screened through the special culture medium for endothelial cells. The total number of cells is about 5×10^5 cells/vial. The cells are identified by CD31/vWF immunofluorescence, and the purity is more than 90% without HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
