GENLISA™ Mouse Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) IgG Antibody to Spike S1 protein Quantitative TITRATION ELISA | KBVH015-14 | KRISHGEN BioSystems
Enzyme Immunoassay for the quantitative determination of IgG Antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 protein in mouse serum and plasma.
Enzyme Immunoassay for the quantitative determination of IgG Antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid protein in mouse serum and plasma.
Intended Use:
The GENLISA™ SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 Antibody Quantitative ELISA (Mouse) kit is used as an analytical tool for quantitative estimation of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 antibodies in mouse serum.
Principle:
The method employs indirect sandwich ELISA technique. SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 recombinant protein is precoated onto microwells. Samples and standards are pipetted into microwells and Antibodies to Mouse AntiSARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) present in the sample are bound by the protein antigen. After incubation the wells are washed and followed by addition of HRP-conjugated Detection IgG Antibody into each well and incubated to form a complex. After washing microwells in order to remove any non-specific binding, the substrate solution (TMB) is added to microwells and color develops proportionally to the amount of AntiMouse Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 (2019-nCoV) in the sample. Color development is then stopped by addition of stop solution. Absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
