Product Description
TUFM Antibody (N-term) [APR32886G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H, M, Rat
Specificity: This TUFM antibody is generated from a rabbit immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 112-147 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TUFM.
Cellular Localisation: Mitochondrion.
Molecular Weight: 49542
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: TUFM
Gene ID: 7284
Function: Promotes the GTP-dependent binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A-site of ribosomes during protein biosynthesis. Plays also a role in the regulation of autophagy and innate immunity. Recruits ATG5-ATG12 and NLRX1 at mitochondria and serves as a checkpoint of the RIG- I/DDX58-MAVS pathway. In turn, inhibits RLR-mediated type I interferon while promoting autophagy.
Summary: N/A
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Store at +4°C short term. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
