Product Description
INA Antibody [APR12436G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Monoclonal Antibodies
Host: Mouse
Species Reactivity: H, M
Specificity: This INA antibody is generated from mice immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 290-319 amino acids from human INA.
Cellular Localisation: N/A
Molecular Weight: 55391
Clone: Monoclonal
Gene Name: INA
Gene ID: 9118
Function: Class-IV neuronal intermediate filament that is able to self- assemble. It is involved in the morphogenesis of neurons. It may form an independent structural network without the involvement of other neurofilaments or it may cooperate with NEFL to form the filamentous backbone to which NEFM and NEFH attach to form the cross-bridges. May also cooperate with the neuronal intermediate filament protein PRPH to form filamentous networks (By similarity) .
Summary: Tissue Location: Found predominantly in adult CNS.
Form: Purified monoclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: IF, IHC-P, WB
Dilution: WB--1:1000 WB-- 1:125 IF--1:10~50 IHC-P--1:100~500
