Product Description
ANAPC5 Antibody (Center) [APR03506G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This ANAPC5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 156-185 amino acids from the Central region of human ANAPC5.
Cellular Localisation: Nucleus. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, spindle
Molecular Weight: 85077
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: ANAPC5
Gene ID: 51433
Function: Component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The APC/C complex acts by mediating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins: it mainly mediates the formation of 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains and, to a lower extent, the formation of 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
Summary: N/A
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB, FC
Dilution: WB--1:1000 FC--1:10~50
Synonyms: Anaphase-promoting complex subunit 5, APC5, Cyclosome subunit 5, ANAPC5, APC5
