Product Description
KCNJ15 Antibody (C-term) [AMM06104G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This KCNJ15 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 339-367 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KCNJ15.
Cellular Localisation: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Molecular Weight: 42577
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: KCNJ15
Gene ID: 3772
Function: Inward rectifier potassium channels are characterized by a greater tendency to allow potassium to flow into the cell rather than out of it. Their voltage dependence is regulated by the concentration of extracellular potassium; as external potassium is raised, the voltage range of the channel opening shifts to more positive voltages. The inward rectification is mainly due to the blockage of outward current by internal magnesium.
Summary: N/A
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: WB
Dilution: WB--1:1000
