Product Description
ITGAX Antibody (C-term) [APR32360G] | Leading Biology
Product Category: Polyclonal Antibodies
Host: Rabbit
Species Reactivity: H
Specificity: This ITGAX antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1119-1145 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ITGAX.
Cellular Localisation: Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Molecular Weight: 127829
Clone: Polyclonal
Gene Name: ITGAX
Gene ID: 3687
Function: Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen. It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis.
Summary: Tissue Location: Predominantly expressed in monocytes and granulocytes
Form: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
