Product Description
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) Antibody (FITC) | XR-9960 | ProSci
Host: Goat
Reactivity: Rabbit
Immunogen: Rabbit IgG - whole molecule
Tested Application: Flow, IF
Application: Fluorescein Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG is suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, Flow Cytometry 1:2,000 - 1:10,000, IF Microscopy 1:500 - 1:2,500. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) .
Specificiy: Minimum Cross reactivity to Human Serum Proteins
Purification: Fluorescein Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.
