Product Description
sIL-2Ra Antibody [SB-647] | 38-230 | ProSci
Host: Mouse
Reactivity: Human
Homology: N/A
Immunogen: sIL-2Ra antibody is produced in mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human soluble IL-2 Receptor alpha as the immunizing antigen.
Research Area: Other
Tested Application: E, WB, Neut
Application: Neutralization:
To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hsIL-2Rα (10.0 μg/mL) , a concentration of 1.0-1.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required, in the presence of 0.5 ng/mL recombinant hIL-2.
ELISA:
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well) , a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human sIL-2Rα when used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents.
Western Blot:
To detect hsIL-2Rα by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hsIL-2Rα is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions
