Product Description
Anagrelide is a phosphodiesterase 3 (PDE3) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 36 nM) with antiplatelet activity. Anagrelide inhibits the maturation of megakaryocytes into platelets, reducing both megakaryocyte hyperproliferation and differentiation. Anagrelide is used for the treatment of overproduction of blood platelets.
