CC-115 is a potent dual inhibitor of mTOR and DNA-PK (IC₅₀s = 22 and 15 nM, respectively). CC-115 reduces PC3 cancer cell growth in vitro (IC₅₀ = 138 nM) and displays effective reduction of murine PC3 tumor xenografts.
