Product Description
Sardomozide Hydrochloride is a second-generation polyamine synthesis inhibitor, that inhibits the activity of the polyamine biosynthetic enzyme S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (SAMDC). Sardomozide is more potent and specific than the first-generation SAMDC inhibitor methylglyoxal (bis) guanylhydrazone (MGBG). Displays antiproliferative activity.
