Product Description
BML-284 is cell-permeable Wnt signaling pathway agonist. It mimics the effects of a Wnt ligand in a Xenopus model and may be a useful tool in the study of physiological processes that involve the Wnt signaling pathway due to activation of Wnt without inhibiting the activity of GSK-3β; it induces in vitro β-catenin and transcription factor (TCF) dependent transcriptional activity in 293T cells in a dose-dependent manner with an EC₅₀ of 700 nM.
