Product Description
Cladribine is an adenosine deaminase inhibitor. It is phosphorylated by deoxycytidine kinase, resulting in its intracellular accumulation and inhibition of ribonucleotide reductase. Cladribine displays selective cytotoxicity against both proliferating and non-dividing lymphocytes. Also displays immunosuppressive activity.
