Product Description
Ellagic acid is a potent anti-oxidant that displays anti-cancer and anti-mutagenic properties. It inhibits CK2 (casein kinase 2) selectively with IC₅₀ values of 40 nM. It moderately inhibits Topoisomerases I and II, Lyn, PKA catalytic subunit Lyk, GSK-3 and FGR. It has also shown to act as an uncompetitive inhibitor of arginine methyltransferase CARM1 and also known to block H3R17 methylation.
