Product Description
Exemestane is a potent, irreversible steroidal aromatase inhibitor (Ki = 10.2 nM; Kinact = 26 nM). It induces aromatase degradation leading to a decrease in estrogen levels in plasma. As an androgen analog, exemestane displays androgenic effects and has been shown to decrease total and HDL cholesterol, apo A1, and total triglyceride levels.
