Product Description
A selective ligand for human or mouse Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7). Induces the activation of NF-κB in HEK 293 cells expressing TLR7. Activates TLR8 only at high concentrations (3µg/ml). Gardiquimod is more active than Imiquimod (Cat. No. 1698-100).
