Product Description
Plinabulin (NPI-2358) is a vascular disrupting agent (VDA). Plinabulin binds to the colchicine binding site of β-tubulin preventing polymerization and disrupting the cytoplasmic microtubule network. It is also an antineoplastic agent that activates an immune response. Plinabulin induces dendritic cell maturation and cytokines interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6, and IL-12 production, all of which are important in neutrophil survival.
