Product Description
Cell-permeable. A potent, selective, cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase inhibitor (PDE IV, IC50 = 2 µM). Inhibits superoxide generation and platelet aggregation stimulated by arachidonic acid. Also inhibits fMLP-induced neutrophil adhesion to vascular endothelial cells.
