SGI-1776 is a potent and ATP-competitive Pim kinase inhibitor (IC₅₀’s = 7, 363, and 69 nM for Pim-1, Pim-2 and Pim-3, respectively). SGI-1776 also inhibits FLT3 (IC₅₀ = 44 nM). Induces apoptosis in chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells.
