Product Description
PTPN7, also known as tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 7 isoform 1, acts preferentially on tyrosine-phosphorylated MAPK1. This protein plays a role in the regulation of T and B-lymphocyte development and signal transduction. Recombinant human PTPN7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
