RNA

RNA stands for Ribonucleic acid. It was first described by RW. Holley in 1965. RNA presents in blood cells. It is consist of ribose nucleoside based ribose sugar attached by phosphodiester bonds. RNA further divided into different categories. The nucleic acid which play a role of metabolic process for all proteins synthesis and carries the gentic information of many viruses. The main function of RNA is to convert the information which are stored in DNA into the proteins and regulates the cellular process from cell devision for the growth of cell aging and death.

RNA is found in the nature as a single strand folded onto itself and a universal function in which molecules direct the synthesis of proteins on ribosomes.
